GGMC, operating under its subsidiary in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE, functions as a licensed cryptocurrency mining ecosystem. This ecosystem uniquely blends utility and artistic elements through the deployment of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). GGMC is actively engaged in cryptocurrency mining, including the mining of Bitcoin, Litecoin, Doge, Kadena, Nervos, and Dash. A portion of these mined coins is utilized to offset electricity and other operational costs. On a quarterly basis, a portion up to 40% of the net proceeds (the total mined coins minus all operational expenses) from these mining activities may be allocated for rewards among eligible NFT holders.

3. REWARDS, GIFTS AND AIRDROPS

GGMC provides certain non-financial perks to its NFT holders in the form of rewards, gifts, and airdrops. These rewards, gifts and airdrops may be scheduled for distribution every three months, with the inaugural distribution planned for February 2024. To be eligible for these perks, NFT holders are required to log into our dashboard using a wallet that contains our NFT and stake the NFT there. Additionally, claiming these perks may necessitate the completion of certain activities ('work'), as specified by GGMC. Agreeing to our Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for initiating the perk claim process. It is essential for users to understand that these perks are not financial investments or securities but are part of the benefits offered within the GGMC ecosystem. It is important to reiterate that these distributions are meant as additional perks for participating in our ecosystem and should not be construed as a guarantee of profit or an investment return.

Any award rendered by the arbitration tribunal shall be final and conclusive on the parties.
